Il giardino di Villa Tita si inserisce nel paesaggio mediterraneo di Porto Cervo come una sua naturale estensione, reinterpretandone caratteri e suggestioni in chiave contemporanea. Le forme vegetali, al tempo stesso scolpite e fluide, richiamano i massi granitici che emergono dal terreno, evocando la materia e l’identità del territorio sardo. Ne nasce un giardino all’italiana riletto in modo essenziale, dove il rigore del disegno dialoga con la spontaneità delle linee organiche e con l’uso di specie appartenenti alla flora locale. Superfici sempreverdi e fioriture leggere accompagnano lo sguardo, mentre la piscina in marmo verde si inserisce nel paesaggio come amplificatore di luce e riflessi con un dialogo diretto verso il mare. Terrazze, specchi d’acqua e vegetazione si articolano lungo un percorso continuo, costruendo una sequenza di spazi che invita a un’esperienza raccolta e silenziosa del paesaggio mediterraneo. Sculpted yet fluid plant forms echo the granite outcrops emerging from the ground, evoking the materiality and identity of the Sardinian territory. The result is an essential reinterpretation of the Italian garden, where the rigor of the design engages in dialogue with the spontaneity of organic lines and the use of plant species native to the local flora. Evergreen surfaces and light, delicate blooms guide the gaze, while the green marble pool settles into the landscape as an amplifier of light and reflections, establishing a direct visual relationship with the sea. I volumi, disegnati sul posto, accolgono una vegetazione ricca e avvolgente in gradi di amplificare lo spazio, generare intimità e incorniciare visuali.&nbsp;I parapetti in vetro, ideati dall’archistar, vengono volutamente lasciati liberi per amplificare l’apertura verso il parco e fondere architettura e vegetazione. EN&nbsp; A project that investigates the style of Zaha Hadid through the use of curved, elongated, and dynamic forms that generate multiple perspectives. The volumes, designed on-site, embrace lush and enveloping vegetation capable of enhancing space, creating intimacy, and framing visuals.&nbsp;The glass parapets, designed by the archistar, are deliberately left free to amplify the openness towards the park and merge architecture and vegetation. Due alberature esemplari dal portamento a forma libera vengono valorizzate da preziose fioriere disegnate dal progettista Stefano Dentice di Accadia e segnano elegantemente il passaggio dalla zona pranzo alla zona relax. Lo spazio è avvolgente e seducente con grazia. Il fogliame cangiante, la luce filtrata, i fiori e gli alberi contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera unica, uno stralcio di natura “selvaggia”&nbsp; nel cuore della città. &nbsp; Elementi progettuali: fioriere, vegetazione, irrigazione, rivestimenti. EN&nbsp; An intimate terrace is wrapped in a vegetal curtain dominated by intense green and white blooms. Two exemplary trees with a free-form shape are enhanced by precious planters designed by the designer Stefano Dentice of Accadia and elegantly mark the transition from the dining area to the relaxation area. The space is enveloping and seductive with grace. The changing foliage, the filtered light, the flowers and the trees contribute to creating a unique atmosphere, a piece of "wild" nature in the heart of the city.
